Dated facilities, lobby has higher end coffee machine with Caribou Coffee, price fair-good.
The worst experience possible. DD dropped off her car overnight for an 8:15 AM oil change today. No communication from the service team until late afternoon, even after she reached out to them to inquire what was going on. End of the workday happens and she finally finds out that her car is not ready which is bonkers because they sent home all their techs. For an OIL CHANGE?! So now she can't get to work tomorrow.
