What's so bad
These guys are absolute clowns in the service department. My wife to her 2025 Kia Telluride to Barnett for an oil change. The performed the oil change and give her a report that her tires need to be changed because they’re worn… 12k miles 🤡… she called to tell me that and we knew immediately that can’t be right. The worst experience possible. DD dropped off her car overnight for an 8:15 AM oil change today. No communication from the service team until late afternoon, even after she reached out to them to inquire what was going on. End of the workday happens and she finally finds out that her car is not ready which is bonkers because they sent home all their techs. For an OIL CHANGE?! So now she can't get to work tomorrow.
