Prompt and knowledgeable I've had to use them on several occasions to repair some computer and copier equipment at work. On the rare occasion that I had to leave a message, they always returned the call within the hour and were on site by at least the next day. Unless it was a rare part, they were able to repair the unit the day they came or the next day. This lack of a long down time is very important in a small business. The technicians are friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Great to do business with.
