horrible customer service. had a leak in my car and paid over $300 just for the leak not to be fixed and had to bring it for a second time. went days and days no updates on my car and they didn’t give me a rental. everytime i tried talking with someone specially danielle they never picked up the phone. took exactly 15-20 calls for anyone to even speak with us. ended up taking my car home to an auto body shop and they found and repaired the leak under an hr for $50. insane. they also gave me my car soaking wet from INSIDE and... read more
Horrible and unprofessional customer service! After a long and unpleasant conversation, the service rep hung up the phone as they did not want to look at the back up camera issue while I wait for the basic repair that is estimated at 30-60 minutes under warranty. I highly recommend going somewhere else.
I had to call and find out where my part was. Someone, somewhere dropped the ball. After my call, the part was in the next morning. A previous encounter yielded similar results.
