7am appointment for tire pressure issues. with JAMES. Got a call at 1:30 and they didn't touch my truck till 3pm. Attitude changed when they found out I had tire and rim coverage. Why is it that they get upset when they can't charge me for the tires? I've been paying every month for the warranty, 3 years later I somehow had nails on the side wall. Is that my fault? Got the feeling they didnt want to do the work quoted me for a new engine on a possibility of a problem when the problems that are coming up they didnt want to fix and refused to finish the diagnostic with the electrical problem i paid for them to diagnose it and they didnt want to terrible service terrible follow up couldnt even get the video they supposedly took cause the mechanic left with his personnel cell phone he took the video with very unprofessional
