hey Bob, service America's Ron just left. the individual was a bit of a douchebag chatting on about how many ways Hillary should be incarcerated but even better fly into a mountain and justify his own belligerence .. I should have kicked his racist ass outta here but dad was asleep and I did not want to upset him. he despises such negative rhetoric and probably would have kicked his ass out !! I will definitely rate them online for this particular visit.. there is a part missing and is scheduled to install on 11/3..
We have been with Service America for 8 years now. We certainly got our monies worth, Professional and polite at all times, any type of work was completed in a timely fashion, It feels good knowing we have someone who always delivers for us when a problem arises that needs quick fixing!
rep that took appointment was very nice, informed me of time frame and answere all my questions, service man fixed the problem, answered all questions, was very curtious. (Score 10 out of 10)
Loved that the tech called prior to our 12-5 window and showed up before 12 and freed up our day!!!!
Perhaps the worst A/C sales/service company on the planet -- absolutely the worst in SE Florida. My new A/C system installed by Service America last less than six months -- getting them to come out and honor the warranty has been impossible. Absolutely LOVE the five hour window for service appointments -- only to have no one show up after FIVE HOURS of sitting in the heat waiting!
Very expensive, they have terrible terms in their contract. i will never use them again
OMG........ if you want to wait on hold endlessly to make an appointment, wait about a week for an appointment, even if your air cond. is out in 90 degree weather, have them come with NO PARTS to fix anything, wait till they ORDER the parts ,even if you tell them the parts to bring, wait another week for an appointment, wait 4 hours at home for them to show up, then service america is for you!!!! 2 times this year I paid someone to fix emergency stuff, that i couldnt wait for.
