Very impressed with the staff at the Dupont store. Originally, I wished to get my old grandmother's vac repaired and they patiently explained in detail what exactly needed repaired. They even showed what all I needed to do if I wanted to fix myself but was surprised they offered free service repair if I wanted them to do it and would just charge me for parts not labor.
