⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Service Air Technology absolutely knocked it out of the park. In a world where it feels like good customer service is getting harder and harder to find, these guys reminded me what a great company looks like. They showed up when they said they would, communicated every step of the process, and took the time to explain everything in a way that actually made sense. I'm grateful for this company and the work it does. When our AC went out last, they took great care of fixing the issue and letting us know the mistakes made by the installing technician. It was the first year we didn't have to spend $400+ on servicing our unit because of the installing tech's errors. They also saved our house from burning down by replacing the breaker box with the unit (something else that should have been taken care of).

Had the lovely experience of being cut off by one of these technicians while driving down town today. When I honked my horn because he was about to hit me, he gave me the finger and continued to move in front of me.
