I was working with Rick through my home warranty company. I called to ask him why he wanted 195.00 to install a float switch. 195.00 for condensing unit pad. His reply was I'm on a job I don't have time to look at the notes we don't use cheap parts. Also, "why don't you just take the payout from the home warranty company and go somewhere else".
I was referred to Service Ace by my home warranty company after being put off for over a week by another AC provider. Rick from Service Ace got out to me that same day and got me a bypass fix to cool my house while he got parts etc. He was great about giving me an update on when he'd be back out etc. Overall, great job and very professional. Will certainly recommend to anyone looking for HVAC services.
