Absolutely disgusting customer service! Upon arrival extremely rude saying he’s busy and off next week and showed under ! Only wanted my car plugging in and seeing what fault come up! Eventually does but puts wrong year for car even I correct him it’s 2011 not 2010 he says impossible my car can have drivetrain! Then says don’t communicate with car well obviously he’s putting wrong year in computer scanner! Says u want me do out come 1st December! Attitude was very rude and unprofessional ! Brought my car in for a new tyre and left my car with them at the garage over night. Andy thought it was appropriate to use my car for his personal use (to drive home and back - saying thay it was to test the tyre) without my knowledge or consent. Used 1/4 of a tank of my petrol (more frustrated with this as I was budgeting with my petrol for the week) and then he thought it was justified to knock a little bit of the total bill but failed to tell me in person that he used my car when I went to collect it.
