Justin came to fix my furnace issue and did a good job. He was polite and very pleasant. Only thing he could do better is clean up after he is finished with job so I don’t have to do it. Left bucket with filthy water from condensate pump housing in it. The bucket also had some debris from old pump which I needed to remove with my hand before dumping the water. Think he should have taken care of that. Left floor where he was working a bit messy as well. I cleaned up 2 small screws and dirt.
This is a neutral review…. I have leftover review about someone unsafe driving, but I did not want that to reflect on their business because of someone else’s negligent…. Trying to erase it all together, but this is the best I can do
Colt was rude and unprofessional.
