They will rip off the elder. A brand new unit less than a year old. The technician let all the refrigerant out of it so that they could put more refrigeration and it and charge them over $200. that is very sad to take advantage of the elderly. My mom is so upset that She doesn't know what to do because its hot in her house and it wasn't before they staRted messing will her a/c and let all the refrigerant out.
