Closed account without my knowledge or authorization. Never notified me my account was going to be closed, even when I would come in to make deposits. Their are also far better credit unions in town with far better services. Service 1st is just a bad customer service bank thar doesn't offer much in for it's members. Should have done my research better.
Love this branch! So helpful and polite...unlike the Muncy branch that ask personal questions about my sleep and then accuse me of throwing something at them when it was tossed on a counter. 🙄
Love the manager and people that work here. Tina is awesome and they are all down to earth, and super easy to work with. This place will always be my go to
Mr. Bailey at Service 1st Credit Union was super helpful, patient, and kind throughout the whole auto loan process. He made everything easy and stress-free—highly recommend!
