I have been using this credit union 13 yrs and we are ready to pull, the customer service is a joke, no response from emails, when you call they are never available, always say they are in meetings etc, this is not how you treat people. Mary jo use to be the best now her and Tina are not for the customer at all, nor do they care to help. I have spoke with several members and they experienced similiar issues no return calls, they dont get back to you and so on.... I had no account with them previously and wanted to take over my brother's auto loan. I dealt with Sara and she made the bank seem fair and honest and she helped me understand the procedure. She was able to answer every question I had and addressed my concerns. Walked out with a savings account and a loan in my name. Couldn't be happier with the results as a nobody that just walked in.
