Started my claim with State Farm on June 18th due to a crack in my windshield. I was referred to service 1st and they informed me that it would take a few weeks since they needed to order the glass. That was fine… 3 weeks later I call them and was told the glass came in and once picked up they would call me to schedule an appointment. Never hear from them. 2 weeks later I call back again since nobody reached out… they told me that another company picked up the glass and they needed to reorder another one. My windshield was shattered by debris on the highway. With my wife out of town and my daughter's daycare pickup time only a few hours away, I wasn't sure how I was going to make it all work. John and his team were able to fit me in, and when it turned out I gave them bad information that caused them to bring the wrong windshield, they rallied and brought the one we needed... all with enough time for me to pickup my daughter. I really appreciated the effort and urgency they brought to the table!

I’m giving service 1st auto glass 5 stars because of how professional both John and John are! The company was very flexible with me and my schedule. They were very polite, charismatic, caring, and most importantly on time!!! I’ve used other services before, such as Safelite Auto-glass, and Service 1st was much easier to work with in my opinion. I was in a scramble and stressed out when my windshield had a crack through it. John was able to schedule me and repair my window within 24 hours. I highly recommend them!

Best Price in Town! Plus Amazing Service, they were fast, friendly and now my windshield looks like it never had a crack in it! I'd recommend them highly.
