Really disappointed with how upper management runs things here. They have techs sitting in parking lots for hours just so they can rack up profits for themselves, while the workers see almost nothing. It’s all about padding their own pockets, not doing honest business. They’ll deduct all kinds of fees and costs from techs, even when no actual work is being done.
