It has been an absolute disaster serversupply.com. This website is a complete scam, fake, and I found this out the hard way. I ordered a hard disk from their site. Firstly they confirmed the part availability and charged us for the product. The next day they emailed me saying that the product I ordered was out of stock and that I should either cancel my order or wait another month for delivery! The charged amount turned out to be non-refundable! This is a complete scam!
Place an order with this company on the weekend and was told every ship within 48 hours item still has not been shipped and now we are on day 3. After talking with management all they wanted to do was cancel that order as he didn't want to deal with it. Kept saying that it was a ground delivery so why does it matter when it ships out
