Kelly was great! Good communication, very responsive worth every penny. I recommend her to anyone.
Horrible with answering their phones & they don't really keep in contact with what's going on. Always have to call them but hardly ever answers.
Credit where it's due. Process took two months, and one court date extension, but got served to defendant indirectly. As for professionalism, the agency gets a ZERO, no communication whatsoever except for me the client contacting them.
