I had an extremely disappointing experience with this company due to their complete lack of professionalism. From the moment they arrived, their behavior was unacceptable. Instead of knocking or ringing the doorbell like any respectful business would, they aggressively banged on the door, which felt intrusive and unsettling. It was after nine at night and my dogs were barking crazy and I got up to check it out and someone was banging on my door crazy like they were going to break it down. I was too scared from past DV that I called my fiance from the shower and he approached him through another door. He was looking for a prior residence. We've lived here for over six months. Kind of disappointing when you're willing to cooperate and they don't show up on the agreed upon evening... it's now 11:26 pm and I stayed home for this.
Showed up at our door at 9:30PM and everyone was sleeping. He rang the door bell multiple times and was pounding on the wall and yelling. Scared my kids. NOT a smart thing to do!!
Yesterday, this man came to my house, made fun of my children through the door and repeatedly screamed AT MY CHILDREN to open the door. I was sick, and I don't allow my children to open the door for strangers. He immediately assumed that I was trying to avoid service when in reality I was just trying to keep safe. I have a Domestic Violence Order of Protection so I am even more cautious when it comes to opening the door for strangers.
