I promise I'm not a Karen, but this dealership makes me feel like a Karen. The only reason I didn't give them 0 stars is because I felt bad and I know they're just humans doing their best. I had a Subaru for 15 years, and absolutely loved it. Had very few issues, so when it pooped out I was sad but totally trusted that a new Subaru would be similarly loved. Not quite. Mahalo to the Subaru Team. I came in with an issue that was dismissed before and I felt I wasn’t getting the correct information. I am hot headed and would not just take any answer. I bought my Forester in 2016. I love this car. I love this dealership. I’ve been using them for service since I bought it. I’ve gotten to know the team really well over the years. Anela and Cindy in service dept are absolute rock stars. Their customer service skills are impeccable. Kindness goes a long way and these ladies have it. Mahalo nui loa for everything always.
