I bought my Forester in 2016. I love this car. I love this dealership. I’ve been using them for service since I bought it. I’ve gotten to know the team really well over the years. Anela and Cindy in service dept are absolute rock stars. Their customer service skills are impeccable. Kindness goes a long way and these ladies have it. Mahalo nui loa for everything always.
Service department is completely useless you want to pay 3x as much as any other place. They don't call you back or solve problems. I would avoid this place at all costs
Good service and Aloha spirit. Very welcoming. I own a brand new car and been loving it. Solid ride and very reliable and safe. They make sure you're taken care of. It's worth getting the service done. It ensures maintenance. I recommend when the time comes, do your tires at costco though. They have nitrogen and a lifetime tire warranty
The service dept is great.
