I promise I'm not a Karen, but this dealership makes me feel like a Karen. The only reason I didn't give them 0 stars is because I felt bad and I know they're just humans doing their best. I had a Subaru for 15 years, and absolutely loved it. Had very few issues, so when it pooped out I was sad but totally trusted that a new Subaru would be similarly loved. Not quite. For starters, the sales rep had very little knowledge about the car (my mistake for not doing my own research). She told me things that were definitely untrue.... read more
