This dealership’s sales department has grown complacent due to the fact they own the Toyota market and that car buying has been tipped in the favor of the dealership for the last few years. I worked in dealerships for a decade and I’ve never been more disappointed in the willingness of the management team to make a deal on a used vehicle that still sits on their lot today. Absolutley great customer service. At first, I was a little annoyed with the value on my trade in, but they were absolutely awesome with talking to me and explaining in depth things I didn't think of or know of. In the end, knowing more of the barriers they have to hurdle, I felt I was given a fair price. Randy was awesome with keeping me up to date on my new vehicles shipping and arriving, and very welcoming and helpful through the sales process.
