Let me start by saying this… Even though my Liner was installed correctly and Mike is a super nice guy, it’s when something went wrong that he disappeared. Before my liner installation they removed my old liner and left my pool exposed to the elements for approx. 2 months. They were suppose to do any repairs to the substrate before laying my new liner down according to him when he came to quote the job. We had them install a new light in our pool. It stopped working which was a manufacturer issue. Mike replaced the bulb with the wrong one and then never returned our calls or came back to replace it with the correct one. He was aware that it was the wrong one and then completely ignored us. My kids were very upset as they had picked the colour changing light and now we have just white one. We stopped using their services.
So I went to their website where it says multiple times that they service "Brampton and surrounding areas." I sent a detailed email describing my issue and got no response. When I called, Mike tells me that they only work in Brampton (I am in Mississauga). I mentioned that their website says otherwise, to which he responds that the website hasn't been updated in 10 years! What a complete waste of time.
Great service, prices and amazing customer service. We had a new liner installed on budget and on time. I highly recommend this company. Thanks for all your help Randy!
