Do not gamble with your health. Go elsewhere. This place charges top-end premiums (based on national averages) for very sub-par imaging. Do not bother taking issue with the image results. They don't care and will not make things right. I spoke with a regional manager who kept making all kinds of bad excuses for why they do what they do - then proceeded to tell me she would see what she could do about the exorbitantly high bill for a completely useless set of images. Everyone was so nice and professional. They went above and beyond what they had to do!
The staff was very helpful and courteous. I would highly recommend this office!
My husband got an MRI on the 12th, they would not let us have a report until his VA Doctor read it. On the following Saturday we had to go to the ER in Muskogee, needless to say the report was not in the system, so they had to do a CT Scan. On that Monday I went to Servant to get a copy of the report and the CD, she did give me the report but kept telling me she had mailed the CD to the Dr. in Tulsa.
