Baymon Servall has gone through accounting changes and they are simply unable to process a receipt at point of purchase. This is insane for a business to expect their commercial customers to go days and sometimes weeks without a record of their purchases. They have okay grass but bad customer service from lady in the office always wants to sale old grass and claim it's not old says she brings it from the farm herself lol and that's not all every time I buy zoysia types multiple pallets 1 or 2 pallets are short one had 390 sqft and the other had 366 sqft almost short by 12 yards and when I told them they always have an excuse about that my measurements are wrong but when I show them videos of me measuring the grass they sold me was short they ignore the facts and say I have to... read more
