Baymon Servall has gone through accounting changes and they are simply unable to process a receipt at point of purchase. This is insane for a business to expect their commercial customers to go days and sometimes weeks without a record of their purchases. I have spoken to the owner and he seems to think we need to understand his dilemma with QBO (?)...but no other vendor I work with is incapable of providing a purchase receipt at point of service.
