Guess they can speak to people how ever they feel like and hang up on them because they are on an approved list from the city of Long Beach. “Supervisor” Nadia hung up the phone when I asked her why her team didn’t inform me of limited slots for a particular day. I spoke with 2 other people within 30 min Jennifer and someone else neither of which told me that there was only a few slots available. Then the stated “well you don’t have to use us.” Great service.
