Tried to get 2 keys cut and programmed. After being told 3 times how much programming and cutting is (which I knew from a phone call I had made prior to going), I was then told they didn't have time to do it. I was there at 5:30 and their hours are until 6:00, however their claim was that with the rush of a crowd and short staff they couldn't do it. I needed a duplicate car key with a chip made for each of my vehicles. I called TWICE, once to see if they could do what I needed and what it would cost; the second time to make an appointment and ensure they had in stock the appropriate blanks. I was assured I could just walk in and that I would need my vehicle with the key. So why, WHY, do I take time off from work to drive to their retail store to be told that they are out of stock of the blanks that I had called about earlier that day! Why?! Awesome service today. We even received a phone call saying that they would be able to come early if we wanted!!! The staff is extremely personable and professional! Thank you so much for your hard work. My fiancé and I are extremely happy with how everything turned out!!
Excellent and fast service . Key was worn out for my car so I needed a new one ! They made me 2 keys nice and fast for my car and it works perfectly ! Decent prices as well.
