I tried to use SERV but my abuser was not a romantic partner, but my landlord so there was nothing other then counseling they offered me they left me in the house with my abuser they gave me the run around and told me to keep calling different numbers all with the same non helpful answers.If your abuser is not a romantic partner i would not bother to call SERV.
Clients are well taken care of and protected as long as they keep paying the bills. Clients have been allowed to strike staff, pick up knives and threaten staff and others with impunity. Staff on the other hand will be fired if they get between revenues gained and Clients. The most ridiculous leadership imaginable from top to bottom.. All the better employees have moved on...
Fails to call back over 2 years for my medical records and refused to return the SSI money. Left me in a moldy apartment with sever asthma amd transfer their apartments to Innovative Life of New Jeresy who happened to be half the corrupted management that was fired due to a state investigation back in 2014
Called about being in a domestic situation needing help cuz I’m homeless and the person didn’t offer me any help since the situation happened while I was visiting Florida. The person lives in New Jersey so I don’t see why I wouldn’t be able to get some help to be safe when the persons literally coming back in two days. You guys don’t care about peoples safety.
