Their technicians came out for a maintenance checkup and told me I was low on refrigerant and had to add some the next day our unit wasn't cooling which was a Saturday they wouldn't come out on a Saturday without us paying an extra after hours charge so my family had to sit in a hot house all weekend only to find out on Monday that it didn't need the refrigerant and they had caused the problem by adding it and still tried to charge me for the trip back out. This is the third time I have used Seruntine Refrigeration Services and they still impress me. The calls are always handled professionally and they do what they say they will do. The technician know their stuff. They offer their services without being "pushy". The technician was the best! I will not only continue to use Seruntine Refrigeration Services, but will refer all my family and friends to them as well.
We were thoroughly pleased and impressed with the service that Seruntine Refrigeration Services provided. Their technician is extremely knowledgeable about ACs, including warranty service, provided expert service, discussed concerns we had with another unit and then actually made sure that we received the follow-up calls and information that he promised.
