This post is regarding office staff and appointments. It is impossible to get an appt in the Crest Hill office. I have tried to make 3 appts now, that are 30+ days out, for mornings only. I have to work, and it's really difficult to work around these appts. I have to keep rescheduling. There is no appts, like a week out. I have to wait more than a month at a time. I am having issues with my hearing aids that i paid well over $3000 for, that do not work properly. I should not have to wait over a month to make an appt. Especia... read more
Excellent practice, Dr. Christy is kind and very knowledgeable. I came here through insurance and definitely would have chosen them otherwise. Very efficient staff, on time, outstanding! Thank you , so glad I ended up being your patient
Dr. Bartelt is amazing! She was so Bengal with my mom when I took her in for her first day of prescription hearing aids. I was so grateful to have someone that had patience. At the delivery she answered ask of our questions and helped the transition to new hearing for mom ready and seamless. I would highly recommend her services. Thanks Dr. for a great experience. The joy and happiness on my moms face made it worth every penny!
