The speech therapist was very rude and wouldn’t allow me in the room with my 3 year old, even during the first session. When my child wouldn’t stop crying and couldn’t cooperate without me there, I observed the therapist and the director audibly discussing how I was told I was a “problem parent”. Neither one were willing to modify their approach for a very young child who just needed some extra reassurance when being left with a strange new lady alone in a room

All of the therapists at Sertoma Kids are so knowledgeable and kind. They are great at what they do and I would recommend them to everyone I know.
Sertoma Kids is a wonderful organization that does so much for families in our community. Pam Planks is passionate, driven and goes above and beyond to serve. 10/10 would recommend!
