Sertoma Kids is absolutely fabulous! Mel and I are so happy we finally got to get in and Ashton Loves it! He looks forward to speech therapy and Ms. Joslyn is an amazing speech pathologist. Sertoma kids is definitely the best around and after a misunderstanding they really made it up to us and made the situation right. Melissa and the staff at Sertoma Kids are ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! My toddler (started here at 2 and just turned 3 last month) had a bit of a speech/language delay and in the short 2 months he’s been coming here has made TONS of progress and is continuing to do so. The staff is so friendly, professional, knowledgeable as well as patient! I would recommend Sertoma Kids to ANYONE who has a kid(s) that needs extra help. The speech therapist was very rude and wouldn’t allow me in the room with my 3 year old, even during the first session. When my child wouldn’t stop crying and couldn’t cooperate without me there, I observed the therapist and the director audibly discussing how I was told I was a “problem parent”. Neither one were willing to modify their approach for a very young child who just needed some extra reassurance when being left with a strange new lady alone in a room
