I started working there since 2012 we were only 7 welders. After 2 years we became over 60 welders. I trained dozens and dozens of new people. In office printed my way to assemble products welded, I was proud of myself. In that time after training people those people became team leaders. What they did to me was no fair at all to don't give to me a team leader position. My supervisor also was jealous for my skills he was afraid to loose his position. got removed from my welding position after attempting to fix someone else's welds. ventilation is non-existent, management is poor.

I work 4 month I've miss. A few days my car broke down. But never got a complaint. I started out in electrical did good even trained 2 other people complained I was bored work was slowing down we was behind so I offered to work in other areas I first went to polish I wasn't really any good but I fixed second shift mistakes almost every day so it didn't matter didn't learn much cause as I said I just fixed stuff other already did.
