worse mattress we have ever owned. Withing just a few months there were deep sunk in places in the mattress. We contacted Serta and were told that unless they are 6" deep there is nothing that will be done. Serta does not back their products. Will NEVER have another Serta

I give them one star. My husband and I bought a Serta mattress with a 10 year warranty from Riley's. The mattress had collapsed on each side. We went back to Riley's and got the mattress in a week. A year later, we had the same problem. Called Riley's and they no longer deal with Serta. We have been been dealing with Serta for over 6 months to get a new mattress. Very disappointed in furniture fair and will never shop there again. Purchased king mattress/box springs/bed frame in 2006. Called them in 2011 due to sagging. Had service tech. Say it wouldn't be warranted because of spots and needed to have cleaned by mattress pad company. That company could not get cleaned so they replaced the mattress. We upgraded our mattress and purchased a new pad. That mattress pad broke down and we were sent a new one. We noticed this mattress sagging bad this year.
