Last Sunday, the Serrviqly team responded to an urgent call on the bursting water heater pipe in our rental unit. Without them, there would have been more damage to our flooring and carpets.
After our water heater burst, our child's room and the garage were flooded. They answered right away and got to work. My numerous questions were answered with exceptional expertise, politeness, and most importantly, kindness!
There was some water damage that needed to be fixed. Working with this team was a pleasure. They provided me with a reasonable and timely quote and were able to schedule the work the following day. Everything went smoothly, which relieved some of my tension. They double-checked that everything was in order. Excellent company and customer service. Highly recommended!
