I saw on the website that if you lost all your keys a locksmith can come to you and make you a new key on the spot. I called in and was told that was not possible, then I was told it was possible. Finally, because someone could not come to me immediately I was told that I’m better off calling elsewhere. I wasn’t even asked if it was an emergency and if I needed someone to come immediately.
