Staff is always very helpful fast in/out
No one returns calls. 3 messages left over the past week and nothing. My daughter has needed her contact lenses for over a week and we cannot seem to get anyone on the phone. Why send a follow up text asking what we need if you aren't going to return calls to help? Makes no sense.
I came in to order new glasses and was greeted with kindness and professionalism. I picked out my new frames and ordered a complex prescription without any issues. I absolutely recommend Dr. Serrins office.
Everyone is very friendly and Professional. Dr. Sandhu was great and explained everything. I would recommend this Optometry office to others.
