Stay far away from this business!!!! My parents are elderly and the owner was extremely rude to them. I was so furious with him over the phone. He never showed up on the day and time stated on the contract and after many calls he said every time, "Ahi voy!" I'm coming! No show. Serratos Burglar Bars and Fences Company installed my fence. They did not use oil based paints per the contract, when it rains, paint runs onto the cedars boards. They also did not use galvanized screws, now screws are weeping onto cedar. I DO NOT recommend this company unless you want poor results. I have contacted the owner Fernando Serrato multiple times and he says he will fix it. It’s been six months and he still has not showed to fix the issues.
Just like other reviews. Had 600' iron fence 1 yr ago .With 2 iron gates and Lift master openers.Cost $30,000 !!! 20 posts about to fall down so I dug and put 3 bags cement to stabilize DONT trust them anymore. Then the opener motherboard went out 8 months ago and now 3/29/18 it wont work again !! CANT get them to come and finish fixing it . Now I have to open by hand and thats not what I paid for PLENTY other fence companies so PLEASE heed this review just like past reviews.
