You get what you pay for I guess. Last week when I came the workers acted scared to help me or touch my car. Couldn’t even get a price to look at the car out of the guy.
I put new tie rods and ball joints on my car and needed an alignment. Everywhere I called had an attitude and said I needed to make an appointment. But Serranos was able to do my alignment right away. The price was also cheaper than the other shops that were appointment only. Quincy was able to do my alignment and now my car is driving straight again. He also balanced my tires for me.
