Stay away from this shop… trash work- garbage absolutely garbage craftsmanship… had to send it back for it to be done again and it’s just as bad. I’ll need to buy some parts to fix some of the previously undamaged window seals… so many things wrong it’s not even funny. I can provide pics and even more feedback but I can’t give this place zero stars or I would. Been an awhile since I updated….but this place is still terrible and does last place work 05-02-2025
Amazing work. Felt with my insurance and stayed in touch with me daily. Had my car fixed fast and looks great.
I brought my car to Serannos Body Shop after it was backed into a tree. We agreed on a price and he agreed to do the job. Said it would take a week. A week later I come by and find he did a great job on the paint work but left a part of the plastic that was damaged (scuffed) on the car and also the chipped tail lens. I also learned after the fact that he only takes cash. NO credit cards. I was able to scrape up everything but $40 dollars in cash and suggested that since the job wasn't perfect that he let the 40 slide. He ref... read more
