Great experience working with Oscar and Serrano Master Deck. We obtained multiple quotes and Oscar’s was the most reasonable due to his flexibility with utilizing our existing deck to convert it into a screened-in deck. He was prompt with communication throughout the project and the finished product looks great. Just what we wanted. I was most impressed by his integrity, highlighted by the fact that he came out again after payment was complete to finish up a few things that remained. Would recommend Serrano to anyone.
I highly recommend working with Serrano Master Deck. Oscar and his team were amazing to work with. Oscar gave us a fair price and had wonderful communication throughout the whole process. Eric along with everyone else that worked on this project communicated well, worked hard and was amazing too. Very pleased with the results, and so happy to enjoy this new deck that we got a day before the new year started! They all did a great job and this outdoor space will be enjoyed a lot!
Do not be fooled by the positive reviews. I fired Serrano Master Deck halfway through my project due to poor workmanship and lack of communication A 300 sq. ft. paver patio and retaining wall were built mostly by a single, unsupervised weekend worker. Mr. Serrano was rarely on site. Years later, the pavers and retaining wall are failing. The screened-in porch roof leaked and had to be repaired by a licensed roofing company at my expense, which I deducted from his final payment. Oscar Serrano and his team were incredibly professional and built us a a beautiful deck, high-quality craftsmanship! They were efficient and fast, we are beyond pleased with our new deck! Oscar was incredibly responsive throughout the entire process, and his team was very easy to work with. I highly recommend this company if you are looking to build a deck.
