Low Hoa dues. Very friendly. No golf course. 55+ community. It is a gated community but security is voluntary. You can have pets. There is a sidewalk that goes through the community where you can walk yourself or walk your dogs. There is no sidewalks on the street so you do have to watch out for cars.

We are in escrow to purchase a home here in Serrano. We met the nicest people and management was super helpful and informative! Can't wait to move in to our beautiful home!
