Poor service, wouldn't recommend Serrano.
The Serrano company was marketing in my area for free inspections. I took them up, on that offer. Steven came out and did a inspection of my roof and gutters. Steven located where ,I had old and new hail and wind damage,along with extreme wear, with the roofs base plywood, not up to today's building code. He helped us go thru my request to my homeowners insurance for the repair and or replacement of the roof. My request to have a 40year old, hail damage ,wind damage, with actual active water leakage was denied. He understood... read more
