I’ve been a long term customer with Toyota Service Departments in AL. I left the Huntsville location a couple years ago to come to Decatur, and I’ve had such better experiences here! I recently had a minor hiccup after my last visit, but this was QUICKLY solved with the help of Kim and the advisors. They were very kind, attentive, and solved the issue at hand with the utmost professionalism and efficiency. It's not as bad as the Toyota dealership in Huntsville, but it's still bad. You have to wait 2-3 hours, whether or not you made an appointment, for basic and routine service. They charge you $400 to put on 2 tires that cost $120 apiece. They charge you $100 to plug a computer in and see what a light came on for. I was very happy with the service here at first.
