Communication and promptness was excellent, moreover; the front end repair outcome looks great. It came back better than I left it. Serra went the extra mile and cleaned it inside & out. Branden in Serra Toyota sales leadership and Corey in the body shop made this an exceptional experience. The only regret, I didn’t purchase the vehicle from Serra. Over all very happy with Serra Body shop.First of all my truck came back to me in perfect condition inside and out. The repairs were done very professionally and the service was awesome with regular updates on progress. Highly recommend them.
