Received my first door ding while the truck was left with them.
Absolutely the worst service department besides Garber but this is why I try to stay away from dealership service departments they all unfortunately suck . They have these stupid advisors or writers whatever they call it that know Absolutely nothing about cars and talk down to you . I will never go back to serra was only there hoping my issue was under warranty but they always find a way around that also even though its costing them nothing.
I appreciate the teamwork at Serra. The quick oil change techs told me to hold off on my oil change until the mechanics identified and fixed an undercarriage leakage. Then Melissa took charge and worked with Kevin over two days to identify and fix the left front axle seal. More teamwork enabled me to take the car home for the night, conveniently return the next day, and be shuttled back and forth to minimize wait time. Five stars for trustworthiness and teamwork!
