Very professional, informative, and timely. And the service advisor, Kurt, was friendly and clear. This was my first service visit to Serra Honda after living away from Champaign-Urbana for 18 years, then returning to the area last fall. Although the name of the dealership has changed, its level of service has not. I'll return, for as long as my CR-V lasts.
