I purchased a used Pilot out of state and it needed a few things done before I felt comfortable giving the car to my wife. I stopped in on 10/30/25 and had the car back the next day 10/31/25. Rob Gould helped me get everything done that it needed. Timing belt, water pump, and all the fluids. I had my oil changed and tires rotated. Service was super fast and everyone was courteous and friendly.
Excellent experience during my last visit.
Mike Thrush was a very thorough, efficient and friendly service writer. He even checked to see if there were any recalls on my car and kept me updated through messages. I was impressed that he did all this and that they even washed my car while it was there. Suburban didn't do any of that. Thanks guys!!
I've had multiple Hondas both repaired and serviced at Serra. Appointments are kept, the waiting time with express service is minimal, and the vehicle acceptance process is organized in a way that is clearly a relection of how they do everything in the service department.
