My car has been there 15 times now in the span of 4-5 months without my problem being fixed. They told me to go get new tires because they knew it would fix the problem. Wasted $500 on tires… didn’t fix the problem. Asked to speak to the manager, Andy, and have been ignored since.

Unfortunately I cannot recommend the service here. I was offered a mobile technician to help with a software recall . I prefer to not give sensitive information over the phone and I called to reschedule. The appointment was not honored and I had a very difficult time reaching customer service via phone for updates and follow through. I will seek repairs at Pat Milliken or another dealer in the future . I also had issues scheduling appointments via phone when it was Tom Holzer. Please do better Serra FH .

This used to be our go-to for our repairs. However, the customer service and value have quickly fallen off. We recently brought our car in, and they promised it would be done by the end of the day. It needed quite a few things done, so I wasn't expecting it anyway. We called up there, and the service advisor said it would be done "bright and early" the next day. However, after several texts and calls to get a status of completion from 12-3 pm, we still didn't know if it would be completed, a full day later than promised. Fin... read more

Worst Ford dealer on the planet! I wouldn't use this place for a toilet. I only have one day off a week on saturday and all I need is an oil change. Last week they said it was a long wait as soon as they opened so I said I'll come back next week and come earlier. This week my wife took the vehicle and got there at 720am for an opening at 8am. She was 4th in line on the right side garage door. Then ppl started making another line on the left door. They processed everyone from the left door and not one person on the right side... read more
