I've visited Serra Ford in Farmington Hills multiple times before for things with my car, so I didn't hesitate taking my car in to their repair shop after a deer collision a few weeks ago. Greg and his team were very responsive with any inquiries I had during the time I was without my car. I deducted a star only because I had to take it back in on my day off work for some minor yet obvious things they should have caught during the repair process (interior door handle not flush and loose electrical for my turn signal).
