had the fuse 27 issue but thought it was good bc i watched another dealer check it and say it was good so i checked that off list otherwise would’ve been that easy so it kept happening and then i replaced fuel pump driver module 2 bolts and a connector and still happens so take it here and after like 6-8 hours they finally call me and insist it’s the driver module that was the issue even through i just got it replaced so they just replaced it again and charged me 600$ for 2 bolt and a connector and a 80 dollar part 520 dolla... read more
I brought my Expedition in for service because it was leaking oil. We were told the repair would take more than a week. The main issue hasn’t just been the repair itself but the fact that we still haven’t been provided a proper loaner so we can actually leave the car for service. We’re a family of seven with car seats, so a standard SUV doesn’t meet our needs. Great service experience at Serra Ford. Very friendly people, and a happy atmosphere to be in. They fixed the issue the first time, and ahead of schedule. Amanda was my service advisor, and she is awesome!
