These guys did a fantastic job for me. I hit a deer in my SUV, and Serra was on the list of local approved shops with Progressive. They were easy to deal with, the repair work looks flawless, and they were kind enough to provide a nice loaner during the repairs. I'll definitely go back to them should the need arise in the future. (Lexus RX350)
Friendly, efficient and fast!
I worked with Thomas Wilemon in the collision center for my Hyundai Santa Fe repair and he was top-notch. I had bought my car new and owned it for only 1 week when i got T-Boned! No collision center in the city would accept a tow-in when i called around. Tom accepted mine and was able to get it back to new condition. It took a while but a lot of parts had to be sourced. I really appreciate the work and attention to detail that you guys have.
