Horrible experience purchasing a used car. Purchase a certified preowned vehicle from Serra Lake Orion was a total lemon. First day owning the car , we had to take it to a shop and were advised the radiator was cracked due to having straight water no antifreeze in the radiator. Dealership were going to fix it until they found out the vehicle had no antifreeze. We had to fight with Lake Orion to fix the radiator and they did after numerous arguments. Has had our car for two and a half weeks after returning it twice with the job not done. Said the kid who did the job was let go and the Forman would be personally working on it themselves - called “the Pacifica guru”. Well the guru still hasn’t fixed the car. No call for weeks. No status report, no check ins.
