Jeff was helpful on the sale and information of the vehicle. After the sale he helped as much as possible but could not resolve my problem with the vehicle.
Monica is truly a people person. I felt very comfortable that I was not going to be over sold/leased. I tested several cars and fell in love with the Envision. My questions were answered or explained. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a GM product. I would like to leave a shout out to Nick. Again, I was not oversold on what additional add ons that were available. Great People!
First off don't have Ken as your sales men he will care until he makes the sale then after that he won't get back to you about anything. Always make sure to check for a spare tire my car didn't come with one and it's my fault for checking first. Make sure to take it to a local mechanic I only had my vehicle for a week and the torque converter just went out. I would probably avoid this place all together.
